The left have already arrived.
They are right here at home.
Occupying this nation.
And informing the 1% that
they have got to grow up
and obey the law.
68% of America wants an end to
the corporate wars, enforcement
of laws limiting the machinations
of the banking industry, and
investment in jobs with justice
here in America.
We also want universal health care and education,
like the rest of the western-industrialized nations
on the earth, so that we can complete.
Only healthy, well-educated, financially-secure,
citizens can build a better tomorrow.
Many on the right have joined us in these demands.
And the two-faced, right wing sleaze machine
dreamers will be relegated to the dustbins of history....

Ah... the dustbins ...
ReplyDeletewell i'd like to introduce this comment by relaying the circumstances involved -- i reside just outside of portland, in Milwaukie, OR.
i experienced a free library shelf in a "correctional institute" that included a copy of "Assata: An Autobiography", "We're All Doing Time",
"The Forgerer", and "China Road". yet, disappointingly, the greater majority of inmate population has nothing to do with such works, and
even those who will, have had little introduction to the hopes of "20th Century: A Peoples' History of the USA" nor Ron Paul's "Swords into
Ploughshares", nor much acquaintance with comfortable, healthy lifestyles ... and, upon release, I was introduced to a specified form of
housing entitled a "sober-living home", which provisions the "residents" with great comforts and lavish modern luxuries, while seeing fit to
leave their overall governing and in terms of rational sanity and an awe for sacred necessity, to the grand training instilled in them by their
former incarceration institutions...and simply leave it at that:
chain-smoking Big Tobacco products aligns itself with free SSI welfare from the government's support,
completely unwise food items' purchase accompanies the monthly waste of exceedingly generous food pantry offerings -- at times equalling an
accumulated 250 dollars worth of sacred food items that would be costly, as such, purchased at the supermarket ...
not even a correctional identification of misuse of the housing grounds ... whereof there are specific NO SMOKING signs posted to limit the
effects of undesirable second-hand smoke ... is brought to the "residents'" attentions ... indeed, the house manager, and all three of the
so-called, employed-"mentors", also, smoke cigarettes bought in their 20-per-pack packaging.
Koyannisqatsi, and Powaqaatsi,
Earthlings,
Farenheit 911,
George W. Bush's Brain: Karl Rove,
and... there are other great films out there.
my affection for counter-culture sounds, alike, here presented:
Mic Crenshaw "Obvious"
www.saulwilliams.com/work
Rage Against the Machine,
etc., ya know, mon ... amongst all de other leetle examples of sacred music available on that Youtube or Spotify channel/pages.
so ... you know: saw through it ... it's a sick and twisted state of affairs wherein millions of ENGLISH-only-presses print/publish/create
books which are housed perfectly, for decades or more, while the children of the same regions are rarely taught or led to be inspired to
learn more than the birth language ... and profits, armaments, war-zone bases, covert-op bases, covert-ops, international exchange and
consent for employment practices/slave labor, home-spun homelessness and border-crossings'-imprisonment, incarceration rates, and medical
calamity so out-of-place amidst modernity's obvious developments that exist in plain site ... that a comparison of experience to those
encountered and engaged by, say, Doctors without Borders, can lead the analyst(s) to go crazy ...
all of these things multiply as endlessly as the stars by telescope, and evolve amidst the rest of the development, amongst the hopes and
chances for your dna and any of its resident residual rites-of-passage so-embodied >>> a good final question would be...what did the dreams
occupy while at their post, how natural AND conclusive is your own capacity amidst the endeavor to profligate your lust for life within the
ancient theater ... and, as they do or will exist as they existed in the world, how will these dreams capacitate "the posted"...so on and so
forth to rage against the machine.
japhy
...and rage against the dying of the light.
